JetAds looking for a killer Google Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing digital advertising agency. ✈️ JetAds is a leading Canadian performance digital ad agency with offices in Victoria, and remote staff across Canada. Your role as Google Ads Expert & Account Manager is to manage, scale, and optimize our client accounts to deliver an exceptional ROI & client experience. You will be responsible for creating & executing strategies on Google to ensure our clients get better & better returns on their ad spend & ultimately continue to scale. You will also conduct check-in calls, and provide adequate reporting to clients among many other things. This role is not for the faint of heart, we're looking for someone who's hungry for success, likes being measured ruthlessly on performance, & likes to constantly push themselves in everything they do.

Managing & Scaling Client Ad Campaigns On Google
You will be responsible for managing many client Google Ad accounts including end-to-end strategy, optimization, and scaling. You will be responsible for achieving success for our clients through your deep understanding of these platforms.
Prepare Reports & Insights
You will be responsible for communicating with our clients & our team internally on your insights, results, and strategy optimizations on a weekly basis. You will be responsible to comment on client reports, keeping both our clients & our agency in the loop regarding results & your optimizations.
Weekly Testing & Iteration
You will be responsible for implementing an ad testing & optimization strategy to maximize our clients ad spend ROI. This includes split-testing ad copy, creatives, audiences, and more to find winning ads that scale our clients leads, revenue, and ad spend.
Conduct Market & Client Research
You will be responsible for researching clients industries, competitors, and ideal customer avatar in order to run more successful advertising campaigns.
Strategy Calls
You will be responsible for conducting bi-weekly strategy calls with clients to go over your results, insights, and strategy.

Salary range for a Google Ads Expert & Performance Marketing Manager vary depending on past experience & performance. The typical range for this role is between $70,000 - $100,000 CAD per year.
