Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
01Information we collect
Information you give us: name, work email, brand or company name and stated monthly Meta ad spend when you request the Meta Lift Report or apply for a Baseline Audit.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL and pages viewed, via cookies and similar technologies.
Client account data: where you engage us, read or read/write access to advertising accounts and revenue systems of record such as Shopify, Stripe or a CRM, strictly for delivering the engagement.
02How we use information
To respond to enquiries, prepare baseline analysis, schedule and conduct audits, and deliver contracted services.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To send service communications relating to a request you made. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
03Advertising and analytics
We use Meta Pixel and Conversions API alongside standard web analytics to measure the performance of our own advertising. These tools may set cookies and receive event data about your interaction with this site.
Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent, block cookies in your browser, or opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences.
04Client data handling
Data accessed during an engagement is used only to construct baselines, install and validate conversion signal, optimise campaigns, and produce the monthly Lift Ledger.
Access is limited to personnel working on the account. We do not use one client's data to benefit another client, and we do not publish identifiable client figures without written permission.
Access is revoked and working copies deleted within 30 days of an engagement ending, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
05Sharing and processors
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf: hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms. Each is bound by contract to use it only for the services provided to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
06Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and contract law. Analytics data is retained according to the platform's standard retention window.
07Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@jetads.co. We respond within 30 days.
08Security
We use access controls, credential rotation, encrypted transport and least-privilege platform permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09International transfers
We operate internationally and information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and Canada. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10Children
This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below, and where required we will seek fresh consent.
