The challenge

Denver Real Estate School sells 168-hour pre-license courses, in person, by livestream and fully online.

By early 2026, the account had spread across six other Search and Performance Max campaigns running alongside ours.

It was spending about $11,200 a month at a 1.76x return (October 2025 – March 2026).

But one thing in that account was clearly working: the Performance Max campaign JetAds originally built.

From June 2025 to March 2026, it returned 2.24x. The rest of the account returned 1.81x.

What we did

  1. 01

    Kept what worked

Our original Performance Max campaign became the core of the account.

  2. 02

    Consolidated

The account was cut down to three campaigns: one Performance Max campaign plus Search campaigns split by product, in-person and online courses.

  3. 03

Put Performance Max at the core

From April 1 to October 26, 2026, it delivered purchases at $129.31 each and a 4.61x return.
